The four levels including the host
which is the first are in a continuous path....
of operation as they may all at any level
return to the host.
The fourth level returns directly to
the host to complete it's path of
operation should it be on off or both.
Should a path of operation be returned in
the two middle levels or is returned around
in the fourth level
it may have to go back through the
levels.
The host does not require a quantum core
just the upper three levels and their satellites
